Service Description
Appropriate for skaters of all ages and levels! In this class you'll learn: *The three basic spin positions and spin position variations *Specific stretches to achieve more difficult positions; *The physics of spins: how to enter, centre and exit a spin to maximise points *How to increase your positive GOE and PCS with spins *Off-ice spins with an EDEA-type plastic spinner *Video analysis of skater's own spin videos to learn how to improve positions and speed and for spin level maximisation For optimal spin video analysis, skaters should email clear, high-quality videos (preferably with no one else in the background). Diana will review videos prior to class and discuss her analysis with skater. *Please limit the number of spin videos to be analysed to two videos per class to allow time for discussion and off-ice spin training. *EDEA-type spin board required
